Productivity might not seem the sexiest topic to focus on but let me share something with you. Success and joy daily are pretty tremendous. 

Once you are focused on the good things, more of them come your way.

Focus is a big 'YES' in the land of productivity. It may sound cliched, but what you focus on is what you move towards, and IF your current 'jam' is OVERWHELM, you are heading for a lot more of it.

My name is Mark 'Ski' Struczewski (stru - chess - key).

I am also the host of The Mark Struczewski Podcast, which is in the Top 2% of the Apple podcast playlist. Since July 7, 2017, I've released 849 episodes with helpful tips on productivity and success. Once I learned the ropes, I began releasing a new episode every day since Christmas Day 2020.

Something else I started doing daily was running! I began running every day from August 29, 2017, in a bid to get healthy, maintain those positive endorphins flowing around my body and generally increase my fitness. As of June 4, 2021, I have run 1,376 consecutive days.

How? I hear you ask. 

Is it commitment? Is it focus? Is it slight insanity? 

Probably a bit of all three. However, I can tell you that I wake up every day like a child on Christmas morning, wondering what I will do today? Who will I meet? What will I learn? What will I experience? And, I know it's a tad cliche, but I really do love what I do. 

My life wasn't always like that, though. I wasn't born Mister Productivity.

Growing up, I wanted to be a firefighter just like my Dad, but it turned out not to be my calling. 

I went through life trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life. I worked in a job that didn't inspire me, and then one day, I was fired! 

For some, that might have been a blow, but to me, it was a release. I discovered the wonderful and exciting world of entrepreneurship, but I was still trying to decide my focus and my 'thing.' 

I've always believed in having a coach in your corner, and one day I was speaking to mine on the phone. I was explaining that I wasn't feeling too great and that I felt lost. I had told my coach that I wanted to speak and train but that I didn't know what my topic should be. He instantly replied with these words, "Why don't you speak about productivity ?"

I asked him, "Why do you say that?"

He replied, "You are one of the most productive people I know… You should share that gift with the world."

And the rest is history. 

I want you to imagine waking up every day with a purpose that's so clear and so exciting that you can't wait to jump out of bed. Your future looks and feels so compelling that it's not a 'list' driving you; it's a purpose and a vision so strong that you cultivate and find the resources to get you there!
