I have a love-hate relationship with Facebook. And I don't think I'm alone. I think there are a lot of people that agree with me. Right now, there are 3.2 billion people on Facebook and Instagram. That's a lot of people. And even though I have stayed distant from Facebook for many years, I have returned, and I'm going to tell you about it.

I am not on Instagram; I did delete my Instagram profile a couple of months ago, but I have returned to Facebook. Now, if you're curious why I returned to Facebook, it's because I have an incredibly awesome coach. And if you don't have a coach, you should get a coach. And she told me, Mark, I know your feelings about Facebook and what they're doing with our data. However, the people you need to reach are on Facebook, so you need to be on Facebook. So because my coach is so wise, I have gone back on Facebook, and I've gone on full force.

So I have a profile as so many people do. But I also have a Facebook page, which used to be known as a fan page. I also have a Facebook group.

I want to invite you to follow both of these. Now, my mission to being on Facebook for the Mark Struczewski Podcast, my Digital Productivity Coaching program, or anything else you see me produce is to help you in your endless fight against overwhelm.

I truly want to help you have freedom so that you can enjoy your life. So let me tell you a little bit about my Facebook page and my Facebook group.

Both feature daily content. And let me address the question that may be running through your mind right now because you are a brilliant person; no, I will not duplicate the content.

There'll be content on the page and content on the group. They will be similar, but they won't be the same content. If that were the case, what would be the point of having a page and a group? Now, both the page and the group will have live streaming; I will be live-streaming a minimum of one time a week on each.

On the page, I will be going live at 3:30 pm Eastern time every Wednesday. And then again at 7 pm Eastern, every Wednesday in the group. Again, I will go live every Wednesday on my Facebook page at 3:30 Eastern, and then again in the group at 7 pm Eastern and I'm not going to replay the live broadcast from the page on the group; they're going to be two distinct lives.

Now I am addicted to going live. So I will go live a lot more than you would think I'm going to go live.

So I encourage you to follow me on my Facebook page and group. It is straightforward to find both of them. Just look Mister Productivity up on Facebook; there are two of them. The Mister Productivity page and the Mister Productivity group; two distinct outlets.

Now I am going to commit to you to be very active on both. And I'm going to take it even further. Both will be moderated. Now, why is this important?

I'm sure you've been a member of a page or a member of a group. There are no moderators, the admin isn't around, and people are posting links, using vulgar language, and posting hate speech. I don't tolerate any of that.

I learned from many people who are much much further along than I am, like Tony Robbins, Brendon Burchard, etc. If you want to post on my page or post on my group, an admin or a moderator has to approve it; I want to make sure that it will not be full of links and MLM pitches, and off-topic stuff.

I know when someone comes to a group if it's well run, well-moderated, and it's a great community, it grows. If people see, well, there's no admin around, and the moderators don't care, then it dies. I really want the page and the group to really succeed in helping you defeat overwhelm.

I'd be honored, even thrilled, if you follow my Facebook page, Mister Productivity, and join my Facebook group Mister Productivity. Now you may also be asking yourself why did you call them both Mister Productivity? I get why you called your page Mister Productivity. But why did you call your group Mister Productivity? Well, because I'm Mister Productivity, and I chose to call it Mister Productivity, I tend not to overthink things like this.

Most people will come to the group through my Facebook profile or listen to the podcast, or on my website or something like that. Some people will find it on Facebook.

So again, if you really want to learn how to defeat overwhelm, so you can have more freedom in your life, to live the life you truly want to live, consider following me on my Facebook page at Mister Productivity, and joining my Facebook group, Mister Productivity.

If Facebook isn't your thing, I'm still going to be on LinkedIn; I'm still going to do the podcast; I'm still going to be on Telegram; I'm still going to be on my website. You know, I'm still going to be out there. But I'm coming back to Facebook because so many people are there. And I want to make sure I'm helping as many people as I can.

So again, find Mister Productivity on Facebook. Remember, there are two places, the Mister Productivity page; follow that. There's the Mister Productivity group; join that.

And something I didn't realize because I've been gone for a while from Facebook is that when you follow my page or join my group, make sure you tell Facebook you want to be notified when I go live. This is a feature I was not aware of.

My wife told me about it because I went live in our backyard, and she never got a notification. So apparently, you have to go to the page and in the group notifications and say, hey, I want to be notified when he goes live. So you don't miss anything.

But you know, again on the page, every Wednesday at 3:30 pm Eastern, I go live. And in the group, I go live every Wednesday at 6 pm Central, 7 pm Eastern; I'm in the Central Time Zone, so I get the two mixed up. So again, 3:30 pm Eastern on the page, 7 pm Eastern on the group.

I hope to see you on the Facebook group and my page. If not, that's okay. Still appreciate you! Now go be productive.
