Have you ever been around a jackhammer when it was being used?
Then you know how loud it is!
Today, as I type these words, we are having foundation work done on our house. One of the "benefits" of living in Houston, Texas!
They had to install two new piers in our garage and...oh my goodness was it loud!
Fortunately, it didn't take too long and they were done.
But as I listened and watched them jackhammer our garage floor, I got to thinking: are there any areas in my life that I need to take a jackhammer to?
See...that's not the question.
The question I need to answer is: what am I going to do about it?
I see a lot of people whose life is not what they want. They're operating in a world of negativity, complaining, gossiping and a whole bunch of other emotions and not going...anywhere.
Ask yourself what area or areas you need to take a jackhammer to.
And once you identify them, decide what ONE THING you can do TODAY to begin to address this area.
Yes, jackhammering is loud, dirty and maybe even painful...but how badly do you want to live your best life?
Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Of not achieving your goals, dreams, and desires?
Whether or not you have a life you truly want is pretty much up to you. Yes, there are outside influences that can affect your dream...but you need to take full responsibility for your life.
I encourage you to schedule some time today or tomorrow and think about what areas in your life need to be addressed (jackhammered, if you will) and get to work.
Your life deserves it.
