How to Not Be Angry

anger Dec 07, 2019

I used to be a very angry person.

The littlest thing could set me off. But I've worked on becoming a more calmer person over the years. I'm not there yet...I'm definitely a work in progress. (You'll have to ask my wife how I'm doing.)

Along the way, I've discovered some things that made me be a calmer person and I want to share those with you in this blog post. Note: these things worked for me. Your mileage may vary.

But it's going to lose that title in less than a month to a new year that rumor has it they're going to call 2020. Imagine that. Breaking news here on The Mark Struczewski Podcast.

Thing number one you need to do before the end of the year is you need to review your 2019 goals.

Now, I'm assuming here that you do have goals that you created for 2019. If you didn't, well, you're just gonna have to wait until step number two because you can't review what you didn't do. Hopefully, you won't make that mistake again for 2020. We're going to talk about that in just a minute.

But let's say you did do what you're supposed to do, and you did create goals for 2019. What I want you to do is I want you to pull that list out. Now I personally write my goals out in the morning and at night and I've got them written...
