I believe that to best serve you as a productivity expert, I need to be a student first.
And that means always learning.
In fact, I spend a minimum of one hour every day (seven days a week) learning how to be better.
Today, in the United States, we celebrate Independence Day. This is when we commemorate the Declaration of Independence of the United States (from England), on July 4, 1776 (Wikipedia).

Today, I want you to declare your freedom from:
- negativity (including news and social media that makes you angry)
- toxic people and things (such as video games)
- food/drink that's not good for you (what the body doesn't need)
