Two days ago, I celebrated birthday number 56.
And while I love birthdays, they're my favorite day of the year, I stopped to think about how time seems to be moving faster and faster with each passing birthday.
While I was born in June 1965, it really doesn't seem that long ago.
I don't feel...old.
In fact, the better I take care of myself by running every day (since August 29, 2017), eating less processed food (except for Father's Day and my birthday!), and getting 7 hours of sleep most...
Every midnight, you get a gift of another 24 hours.
